• Quotes and Bookings: All bookings for our services require a confirmed quote from Altitude Aerotech Aviations. Quotes are valid for a specific period as outlined in the quote itself.
• Payment: Full payment for your chosen service is required before the flight date. We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website.
• Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. However, cancellation fees will apply depending on the notice period:
  • Cancellation with more than 72 hours notice: 25% of total charter fee
  • Cancellation within 72 hours but more than 48 hours notice: 50% of total charter fee
  • Cancellation within 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice: 75% of total charter fee
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the flight: 100% of total charter fee
  • No-show: If passengers do not arrive within two hours of the scheduled departure time, it will be considered a no-show and the full charter fee will be charged.

Due to weight restrictions for safe helicopter operations, baggage allowance is limited. Specific limits will vary depending on the chosen helicopter type. We will confirm baggage allowance details at the time of booking. Excess baggage may be subject to additional fees or may not be permitted on the flight.

• Your safety is our top priority. We operate a meticulously maintained fleet of helicopters flown by experienced and certified pilots.
• Weight and Balance: For safety reasons, we strictly adhere to weight and balance limitations for each helicopter. Passenger weights will be confirmed at the time of booking, and adjustments may be required to ensure safe operation.
• Weather Conditions: We reserve the right to delay or cancel flights due to adverse weather conditions. The safety of our passengers and crew is paramount. In the case of a weather-related cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule your flight or provide a full refund.

• All passengers must comply with crew member instructions. This includes instructions on safety procedures, seatbelt use, and proper behavior during the flight.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on board all our helicopters.
• Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to deny boarding or remove passengers from the flight for safety reasons.

Altitude Aerotech Aviations is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to service beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, or mechanical issues. In such cases, we will work diligently to minimize inconvenience and offer alternative solutions whenever possible.
