Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Terms
a. Charter Flights / Helicopter Services
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled departure: 90% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure: No refund.
- In case of no-show or failure to produce valid identification documents: No refund.
b. MRO & Engineering Services
- If the service is cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund minus 10% processing fee will be issued.
- If the work has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the completed work and a 20% cancellation fee may apply.
Force Majeure or Weather Delays
In cases of weather issues, government restrictions, or airspace closures, we will:
- Offer an option to reschedule the service, or
- Issue a full refund, minus any applicable third-party fees (e.g., airport taxes or handling fees)
Refund Processing Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 45 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking, bank transfer).
- For international transactions, bank charges and currency conversion fees (if any) will be deducted.
Cancellation by Aerotech Aviations
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a service due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons. In such cases, customers will be:
- Notified via email or phone,
- Offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
