Refund Policy

At Aerotech Aviations Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to offering professional, timely, and safe aviation services. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy outlines when and how customers may be eligible for refunds based on the type of service booked.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

a. Charter Flight or Helicopter Booking

  • More than 7 days before departure: Eligible for 90% refund.

  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: Eligible for 50% refund.

  • Less than 48 hours before departure or no-show: No refund.

b. MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) Services

  • If canceled before any work begins: Full refund minus 10% service processing fee.

  • If canceled after work begins: Refund calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus a 20% cancellation fee.

c. Engineering or Technical Support Services

  • If service is canceled within 24 hours of booking and work has not started: Full refund.

  • If cancellation is requested after work has started: No refund, but rescheduling may be offered.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any government taxes, airport fees, or third-party handling charges.

  • Customized charters, emergency bookings, or services purchased under limited-time offers or discounts.


3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 45 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, Razorpay, bank transfer).

  • For international payments, currency conversion charges or international bank fees will be deducted, if applicable.


4. Cancellation by Aerotech Aviations

In rare cases, we may cancel a service due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Technical issues

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Airspace or airport closures

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • An option to reschedule the service at no extra cost


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] or contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone. Please include:

  • Your Booking ID

  • Date of service

  • Reason for cancellation


6. Dispute Resolution

If a refund is denied and you wish to contest it, you may escalate the issue to our grievance team. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and jurisdiction will be in Uttarakhand.
